Hi I would like to request for information regarding NTC permit/clearance issuance for my shipment under DHL AWB# WAYBILL 3314169655. My goods were sent from USA. My courier is requesting for NTC permit. The current status of m y shipment is for Custom Delay. On this phase I need to submit the said permit in order to expedite the shipment. The shipment contains 4 units which is iPhone 11, iPhone case, iPhone charger, apple air pods, and a letter all for personal use. Thank you, hope to hear from you soon.

Response to your request For NTC-regulated gadgets/ devices/equipment which were shipped without prior issuance of an Import Permit by the NTC, the importer must secure a Release Clearance from the NTC. A clearance will be issued as long as the applicant is compliant with the requirements, as prescribed.
