Good day, I have previously inquired this topic to the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) with tracking number #GPPB-178591629050 and was referred to the NTC FOI with the following items: 1. SIP Trunk - is it categorized as Telecommunication? 2. Text Blasting (SMSuite from Smart PH or AMBER from Globe Telecom) - is it categorized as Telecommunication? Thank you!
