July 21, 2022 Dear Ganyfer, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 20, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. Response to your request This refers to your request for updated list of all businesses operating inside Clark and their respective contact details for marketing purposes. Per advise of the concerned CDC unit, we cannot furnish these information in compliance to company policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 which requires the consent of CDC-registered companies / locators. You may coordinate however with the Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) thru the contact information published on their website: https://www.clarkinvestors.com for assistance on this matter. The Association is in the best position to determine whether your products and services will be beneficial to the business interest of CILA and/or its members/locators. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to our President/CEO Manuel R. Gaerlan @ [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
