Good Morning! I would like to request clarifications/answers on the following: 1. According to Acta, the three stars of our flag represent Luzon, Mindanao, and Panay. Alongside Katipunan founding in Manila, how, who and when was the Katipunan established on the islands of Mindanao, and Panay? Is the Calaganan Mutiny historically true and is it the explanation for the Mindanao star? 2. Why was Bataan included not Tarlac in the sun's eight rays according to the Acta? Did the Katipunan sparked revolution in Bataan?

Moreover, the information you are requesting is not related to the NHCP's transactions and operations. However, you may visit the NHCP Library to use our resources for your research.
