Sir/Madam: Greetings! This is to inquire if it is a ground for disqualification in the bidding the memo issued by DepEd,OUA-13-0120-0599 dated Jan 23,2020,to be eligible, the bidder must have PCAB Category A,even if the ABC of the of the electrification projects is less than 30M.I agree that the bidder must have the SP-Electrical Work since it is specified that the works to be done are Electrical Works, but for requiring the Category A, it is also unfair for us with Category D with SP-EE because in the CIAP we are allowed to bid projects 30M and below. Thank you very much.
