Good day, LTO! I would like to ask the following questions in relation to the Rules for Suspension and Revocation of Driver's License: 1. How many repeat offenses are needed before suspension/revocation of license? 2. If the driver's license was previously suspended, will committing the same offense automatically subject the driver's license for revocation? 3. Is there a "reset" in the counting/recording of the number of offenses? 4. Hypothetically, if A's DL was previously suspended in 2019 for 3 counts of reckless driving, if he commits the same offense in 2023, will his DL be revoked?
