I would like to obtain any policy documents, internal manuals, or other materials relating to POLO-HK's forwarding of agency complaints to the POEA. In more detail, documents that discuss or answer questions such as the following are requested: -Does POLO-HK get permission from complainants before their complaints are forwarded to the POEA, or is permission not required under the data privacy rules and regulations? -Does POLO-HK inform the POEA that complainants are residing in Hong Kong SAR when a complaint is endorsed?
