Hi, We would like to further clarify regarding the use of the e-travel online departure card for foreign travelers. Effective April 15, 2023, all passengers, regardless of their nationality, will be obligated to complete the e-travel online departure card prior to their departure, both Filipino and foreign travelers. Can we confirm if this information is accurate?
