Hi, I would like to clarify if RA No. 6969 and its IRR DAO No. 29 Series 1992 covers the Chemicals: Sodium/Calcium Hypochlorite Blended Phosphate Caustic Soda Catalytic filter media (DMI -65) We would like to be educated with this law and its application to our storage of chemicals we use for treating water. I believe the Chemicals mentioned above are not part of the PCL. We are planning to construct a storage facility for this chemicals used for water treatment, what National Laws should we follow? Thank you Robert Ivan C. Orbeso
