Good morning Sir/Ma'am, I am member of the faculty of Philippine Military Academy. I would like to make a clarification regarding NBC461 section 3.4 on awards of distinction. The manual does not indicate maximum points to be earned for awards, does this mean that you can earn as much points corresponding to the conditions provided in this section? I am asking on behalf of the other faculty members, since we have been imposed with a ceiling of 5pts only (maximum) for awards, and we believe that this may not be the intention of NBC 461.
