Hi, we would like to clarify if there is any memorandum to disqualify married couples without children but are affected by the pandemic due to loss of financial income and work? We have been waitlisted for the 2nd Tranche payout and until now is unable to recieve due to LGUs stating that we are not eligible to receive any SAP payouts from 2nd Tranche onwards becaus we do not have children as beneficiaries even though we are legally married and is gravely affected by the pandemic.

You can view the SAP beneficiary list of municipalities/cities who have submitted their list to the DSWD Field Office, including Manila. Per the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of ReliefAgad.ph numbers 18 and 19 available at https://reliefagad.ph/faq, the LGU and DSWD will process your application and, once approved, they will notify you if you are qualified.
