Hello, I would like to obtain clarification on what actions (if any) the SEC has taken, is taking, or plans to take against registered lending or finance companies (LC/FCs) that are not in compliance with AML/CFT rules. For particulars, a number of LC/FCs have conceded to the SEC, in GIS filings that they are not in compliance. These companies include Prosperity & Success Lending Investor Corporation, Multi-Rich Lending Corporation, and many others. Has the SEC taken any action to enforce the law or hold lawbreakers liable for non-compliance?
