Good day, I would like to request for the clarification regarding to the flexible learning system. There's a test broadcasting in IBC - 13 and Solar Learning Channel starting August 11, 2020. But I would like to know if the TV programs in DepEd TV will be uploaded in social media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Twitter and also in government websites (DepEd, FOI). This would help the students and parents to catch up the lessons anytime, anywhere. Also, why is there 2 channels for the flexible channels? What about the other government TV channels such as PTV 4

RPN 9, PBS, and other stations under PCOO? Is there a possibilities of agreements with other media networks for the flexible learning system included the KBP? What about in radio broadcasting? What is the response of the agency regarding to the ABS-CBN offer? Thank you and keep safe.
