Hi, I would like to obtain any administrative order, management instruction, or technical specification issues/executed by the SEC in relation to the suspected to be unlawful (without due process or publication) blocking of the email address [email protected]. Are there are any policies or documents that the SEC is following when blocking NGOs from submitting complaints on behalf of victims and for public interest matters.
