Yes ma'am. You may acquire your Certificate of Eligibility at the Regional Office. Please refer to the official website for the requirements and procedures.
Your right to request a review

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
