Aside from the levy on the properties mentioned in Marcos II v. CIR, G.R. No. 120880 June 5, 1997, what steps has BIR taken to collect the estate tax assessment on the Marcos estate? Has a warrant of levy been issued on any real property, including the Marcos' Makati condominium (Imelda's residence)? Has BIR served a warrant of distraint on their personal properties, including the paintings seen in the background during the interview of Imelda at her condo in the documentary The Kingmaker?
