Hi! I would like to request for information on the following:
1. What is the detailed process (including parties involved) and timeline of CFMC when responding to feedback aired through social media (fb and twitter)?
2. Before CFMC had presence in social media, what was the conventional way (process, timeline, parties involved) of collecting citizen feedback and responding to them?
3. May I request for a consolidated list of all citizen feedback DPWH CFMC has received through social media (FB and Twitter) since the beginning? (i.e., all FB-CFMC-XX and TW-CFMC-XX to date)

Please be informed that we can only provide you the data once purpose of request is specified. CFMC information is extremely sensitive as it is composed of feedback from our stakeholders.
If you want to know the process on feedback received through social media, you may want to check our Citizens Charter 2018 Editon, please refer to this link: https://www.dpwh.gov.ph/dpwh/citizens/charter. However, there are some changes in the number of days with regards to the kind/type (simple, complex and technical) of feedback received in accordance to the RA No. 11032.
