Hi! I am currently doing research on urban infrastructure management and improvement based on public/citizen feedback and I am interested to know DOTr's handling, collection, and response to citizen's reports/feedback (operational lapses, issues on transportation facilities, etc.), specifically:
1. Process flow/framework how this is done. Who are involved (stakeholder/cs relationship officers)? what are the tools used (phone, surveys, social media, etc.)? What metrics are used?
2. Annual statistics/comprehensive data of reports collected from the public.
Hoping for your response!

Hello,
I am currently a student of Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and I am currently undertaking research on different urban infrastructure components (roads, rails, etc.) of the Philippines. Primarily, my focus is on harnessing citizens' feedback/public opinion as a way to manage, improve (existing infrastructure), and plan (future infrastructure). Part of my research entails understanding how citizens' feedback are being handled and responded to, currently, by different government agencies (such as DOTr) attached to certain infrastructure components.
All of the information you will share with me will only be used for this purpose. If you require more information, please let me know.
Thank you!
