Requested from NPC by C. Beltran at 06:14 PM on
Dec. 28, 2018.
Purpose: INQUIRY FOR MY WIFE CLARITA LILIA LACSON
Date of Coverage: 12/28/2018 - 12/28/2018
Tracking no: #NPC-336710649681
My wife, Clarita Lilia Lacson needs to know what happened to her complaint? The respondents did not attend the ordered discovery and now have once again they've processed her sensitive personal information, without her consent and or authorization. Our lawyers feel that the NPC's inaction towards them has emboldened the respondents. Additionally, the Bureau of Immigration continues to ignore her demand to her right to access. We've attempted to call the NPC but no one answers. We are now left with no choice but to file a civil suit to put a stop to this. NPC needs to contact us.
