Hello! I would like to request the following files: 1. Number of patients with chronic kidney disease in the Philippines per year from 2011-2022 (specially from 2011-2016). 2. The distribution of patients with chronic kidney disease in the Philippines by each region and gender per year from 2011-2022. 3. Number of patients experiencing diabetic nephropathy from 2011-2022. October 17, 2023 Dear Ms Charlene , Thank you for your request dated Oct 16, 2023 08:24:14 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Chronic Kidney Disease from 2011- 2022. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
