According to numerous press releases, there is an agreement to allow for deployment of teachers to China. (https://www.manilatimes.net/2018/12/20/news/national/rules-on-hiring-of-filipino-teachers-in-china-released/485065/) I would like to know what regulations are in place for the government to deploy workers on a government-government basis and what requirements do agency have to follow to deploy workers to China. Thank you.
