Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE)

In FOI request #DOLE-004904891080, DOLE claimed that there are no finalized rules for deployment to mainland China.

However, according to these Facebook posts, Eastgate Manpower Consultants, Inc. is regularly deploying workers to China, in apparent violation of DOLE's policy:
