Location / City in NCR with the highest number of juvenile offenders. 4. List of Rehabilitation Centers for CICL in NCR. 5. Future plans of the government for juvenile offenders. Thank you very much.

Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC) that may have the data that you require. Under Republic Act 10630 (the “Juvenile Justice Welfare Act”), the JJWC oversees the implementation of the law. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the JJWC by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at 921-0565 or via email at [email protected] . Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary REX GATCHALIAN at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City.
