Good day! I am a fifth year student from the University of Santo Tomas conducting a thesis on regarding the development and recreation of Children in Payatas. I would like to request the following data for the accomplishment of my research:
1) Statistics regarding the out-of school and in-school youth of Barangay Payatas, with the age bracket covered.
2) Programs or plans for the development and recreation of the Children in Barangay Payataas.

I am a fifth year student from the University of Santo Tomas conducting a thesis entitled "C.A.R.E. Hub: Child Active Reintegration and Empowerment Hub". The goal of the is to provide a space for the recreation and development where children will be given a chance to reach their full potential and to lessen the number of Juvenile Delinquency. In order to determine that probable estimated of user for the proposed project, the following data will be essential for the accomplishment of my research:
1) Statistics regarding the number of out-of school and in-school youth of Barangay Payatas, together with the age bracket covered during 2016-2018.
2) Any current programs or plans of the Government for the development and recreation of the Children particularly in Barangay Payatas.
