Commission on Higher Education(CHED)

Hi! I would like to ask for information regarding CHED Tulong Dunong Program.

My school said that they already received the funds for the CHED Tulong Dunong Program worth 3 semesters. I also passed all the requirements for me to receive it. However, the  scholarship is still not released to my account because they are still waiting for the other students to give their signatures. 
Do I really have to wait until they already have all the signatures? Most of us graduated already and it's difficult to go back and forth to the school whenever they tell me to come.
