Hi! I would like to request information on or a copy of CHED Memorandum Order No. 19, Series of 2021 on page 3, under Section IV (Waiver of On-the-Job Training). This will be used to serve as legal basis for my eligibility to waive my On-The-Job Training requirement because i have encountered difficulties in securing an OJT placement due to covid-19 pandemic. Your favorable response will be much appreciated. Thank you.
