HI! I would to request information regarding: 1. Building Design Standards for Public Higher Education according to CHED I read similar requests regarding this and the officer repeatedly replies the manual regarding PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION (https://ched.gov.ph/manual-regulations-private-higher-education-morphe/) which is not applicable to my proposed project. Please help me in finding the appropriate document to help me in writing my undergraduate thesis paper in Architecture entitled "SINAG: A Proposed City College of Paranaque." which is a Public Higher Education. Thank you.
