March 23, 2021 Dear Sheila Jane, Thank you for your request dated Mar 12, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Checking for CMAP hit. We are pleased to inform you that one of our accredited credit bureaus, CIBI Information Inc., recently launched the CIBIApp where you may get a copy of your credit report and credit score online. For mobile phone users, just download the CIBIApp via the Google Play Store. For desktop users, you may access the app via your web browser at https://cibiapp.cibi.com.ph/#/login. You should be able to access these apps if you are located in the Philippines. Register by entering your personal and contact information and creating a username with password. You would also be asked to upload the following: 1. One primary ID (SSS, GSIS, TIN, UMID, and driver’s license) 2. One secondary ID (Passport, PRC ID, IBP ID, OWWA ID, senior citizen’s ID, voter’s ID, digitized postal ID, SSS ID, and GSIS e-Card) Finally, you may schedule an appointment for online character verification via video call from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. CIBI will send you a confirmation email, together with guidelines for the character verification process. You may also view the steps here. We appreciate your support.
