Purpose: As a citizen of the Philippines I believe I have the right look such information about charter change showed during the plebiscite in peopel's initiatives. Knowing the contect helps the people like me make informed decisions and evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes to a constitution or charter through initiative driven by people. I believe it must be available to public as we have the right to be informed of such changes or proposed amendments in the constitution.

Hi I would like to request for: 1) copy of document of cha-cha through people initiatives. The document which needs the signature of the people containing such new or amended provisions in the constitution.
