Hello, while I was typing my questions in the FOI website, NAUBUSAN AKO NG SPACE. So my queries are : 1. What is the character limit when typing for the Title of the Document, Intended purpose of use (may limit din to), at message (may limit din to)? The agency responsible should ought to given us a heads-up kasi mabibitin kami eh! 2.
