January 9, 2024 Dear Reina Lyn Panes, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 08, 2024 09:09:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Change of National ID delivery address and present address. Your FOI request is approved. We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/. For other concerns, you may reach PhilSys Registry Office thru email at [email protected], Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.
