Good day, I have been trying to contact OWWA thru email and my fiance has been contacting the landlines but to no avail. The email that was given keeps bouncing back therefore we are unable to submit the requirements for change of claimant. Please help as this is ongoing since November 2020 and it's alread May 2021. May 17, 2021 Dear Mr. Franzeghill Tan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 17, 2021 05:07:06 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on August 14, 2020 and DOLE-NCR RELEASED your financial assistance on 11/05/2020. You have to coordinate with DOLE Regional Office NCR and not with OWWA for changes of name of claimant. The Department of Labor and Employment has an on-line appointment system by simply opening their website. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
