August 17, 2021 Dear Mr. Jephy Mino, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 07, 2021 01:22:57 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on 04/06/2021 and was evaluated by OWWA NCR and benefits was released by DOLE NCR Office. Mr. Mino, be properly informed that the Freedom of Information is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give the general public with information about the data, programs, services and benefits of government offices. What you are requesting is a personal information on your DOLE-AKAP application. We suggest you address your request to the DOLE NCR for a remedy on how to change your claimant for DOLE-AKAP benefits. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
