Land Transportation Office(LTO)

Good day. I would like to change my email address that I used in registering in LTMS online portal. I used an email that I forgot the password. I can't receive the confirmation link that I will use. What can I do to change my email address that I use? Thank you.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care" [email protected] with the following requirements below.
1.) Active email address
2.) One valid ID with signatures
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature.
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.

Your right to request a review
