We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office.
