The HOA of Agro Homes II is currently reviewing the housing lots and road lots as presented in Agro Homes II Subdivision Plan PSU -246982/ Area of Land 28,538 sq. meter Date of Survey December 4-5 1984 Original Survey: May 26, 1969 Approval of Bureau of Land April 24, 1985, L.R.C Rec No N-92279 592D Case5 OCT No. 139 Issued toA & A Agro Developer Corp PSD 13 001511. One of the neighboring parcels of land is identified under "Jose Castillo" and is currently known as Veraville Townhouse 1 having Agro Homes 2 Block 2 became their access road. This request is for Security Plan Review.

In reference to the same Agro Homes II Subdivision Plan, a parcel of land known as "Block 1 Lot 5" with a total area of 3,238 sqm is now a developed community within Agro Homes II known as "Beacon Homes" (for confirmation reference PSD 034186). Based on the tax declaration documents of one of the property owners of Beacon Homes, their address remains under Agro Home II. It is not currently seen on the zonal value listings of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as a separate community Beacon Homes. Road Lot 2 10" wide known now as AGRO DRIVE is now identified as the Main Entrance/ Exit point for Agro Homes II's 60 bonafide residents and Beacon Homes residents. On the other hand, over 250 residents of Veraville Townhomes 1 use the same AGRO DRIVE and Road Lot 4 and Lot 5 as their entry/exit. In view of the above and earlier message post, we need to have an understanding and documentation of the ORIGINAL right of way when Veraville and Beacon Developers sold the properties.
