March 11, 2021 Dear JEAN CIELO, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 20, 2021 01:28:57 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Certified True Copy of SALN and PDS of LYNDON CABIGON CIELO. Response to Request Please be informed that we have already contacted the DILG Regional office 9 with regards to your query. We will send to your address the physical copy of the document once the Regional Office has endorsed us the necessary documents. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec.
