Your Request You asked for Certified True Copy of Income Tax Return (ITR). Response to Request Per our phone conversation today, November 3, you were apprised that if you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1701) for the years 2018 to 2021, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 66-Iriga City, kindly bring the original return, photocopy of your ITR nd proof of payment (if applicable). Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
