Hi! I would like to request a Certified True Copy of my ITR (TIN: 427131847). The said copy will be used for Migration Purposes.

Dear Mr. Acuzar:

I refer to my letter of Nov 09, 2022 03:59:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certified True Copy  of your Income Tax Return.

We called your mobile number today, November 10, to validate your existing FOI request but it was unsuccessful. 

Upon verification of your TIN Number in our database, you are registered as Local Employee, if you have been qualified for a substituted filing, the BIR Form No. 2316 which has been issued to you by your employer for the Calendar Years 2011 to 2015 is good as Income Tax Return (ITR).

If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your BIR Form 2316 for the aforesaid years, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your employers, kindly bring the original return and a photocopy of your IBIR Form 2316 for validation purpose.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 02, 2023 02:57:04 AM, your request will be closed.

Thanks for the response. Actually, I didn't receive any BIR 2316 from my previous employers in the Philippines. I requested the same from my previous employers last September 2022. Unfortunately, they are ignoring my emails regarding my request.

Please advise.
