If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Income tax Return (ITR) for the Calendar Year 2022, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered (which in your case, you are registered under RDO 54A- Trece Martires Cavite) and kindly look for Ma'am Camerino. Bring copies of your eFiled Income Tax Return (ITR), and the Confirmation Receipt (if filed thru eBIRForms facility), or Filing Reference Number (if filed thru eFPS); Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
