Hi. I would like to request a certified official weather report of July 5, 2019 at exactly 2:20 in the afternoon at Barangay Amacalan, Gerona Tarlac. Said Document will be ised as a defense exhibit in a certain criminal case to prove that it was heavily raining nor even slightly raining on the exact date, time and place stated above.
