March 24, 2021 Dear Lilith Arreglamos, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 23, 2021 10:46:23 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Certification of Retrenchment. You asked for Certification of Retrenchment to support your claim for retrenchment benefits of SSS. As per DOLE Department Circular No. 01 s. 2019, Guidelines in the issuance of DOLE Certification as a requirement for Application of Payment of Unemployment insurance or Involuntary Separation, the certification shall be issued by the DOLE Regional or Field Office having jurisdiction to your company.
