This certificate is needed for an additional requirement for our Water Permit application with the National Water Resources Board. The well is located in South Road Properties, a reclamation area in Cebu City.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the information you have requested does not fall under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Program.However, you may resubmit your request addressed to General Manager and CEO Atty.
