Thank you for your request for information on the copy of Motion to Intervene filed by Mr. Ener Tongol in relation to the intra-union dispute docketed as Case No. RO3-RO-IN-06-11-21-19, under Freedom of Information (Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016) filed in this Office on 28 June 2021. As to your request for a copy of the aforesaid document, the same is denied given that the document requested is not found in the case records of the intra-union dispute docketed as Case No. RO3-RO-IN-06-11-21-19 under the custody of this Office.
