Hi, i would like to request for a Certificate of Unemployment from Jan. 1, 2020 to Sept. 9, 2020. I will use it a a proof of unemployment so that i can claim my tax refund here in Germany. Thank you.

March 31, 2021 Dear Mariam Medina, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 31, 2021 05:43:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Certificate of Unemployment. As per DOLE Department Circular No. 01 s. 2019, Guidelines in the issuance of DOLE Certification as a requirement for Application of Payment of Unemployment insurance or Involuntary Separation by the SSS, the certification shall be issued by the DOLE Regional or Field Office having jurisdiction to your company.
