Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We would like to inform you that we provide the said Certificate for the sole purpose of applying for the Unemployment Benefit Program of Social Security System (SSS) and therefore cannot be used in any other purpose than what is stated. You may refer to Pasig City Public Information Office for other requirements you may fulfill other than this document. Thank you and we hope we have guided you on this issue.
