On March 19, 2019, a program was held for the official turnover of the Regional Evacuation Center located at Mudiit, Dolores, Abra. Until now, even through this COVID-19 pandemic, the facility remains unused. The town elected a new mayor during the 2019 elections, and was informed that the center cannot be used yet since there was no Certificate of Turnover and Acceptance. As such, I'm respectfully requesting on updates regarding this and for copies of the Certificates of Turnover and Acceptance if available. Thank you and God Bless.
