Mr. Borja record show that you received from OWWA-REGION XI the financial assistance for BALIK PINAS BALIK HANAPBUHAY (BPBH) on 07/28/2022. To avail of such financial assistance, you submitted documentary evidences of your repatriation. Hence, you will have to visit OWWA-REGION XI at Doors 31 E-G, GB Cam Bldg.,Monteverde Street, Davao City or call the hotline 0951-0523418 / 0963-5385149 to seek the issuance of a certificate for repatriation. The OWWA Regional Office will have to refer to the previous documentary evidences you submitted to be granted the BPBH as its basis to issue a certificate. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
