19 March 2021 Dear Mr. Natanauan: Thank you for your request dated 4 March 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request is: “To whom it may concern: In compliance with the AMLC, AMLA Certificate for Real Estate Brokers, i would like to request for the Certificate of Registration issued by the AMLC Secretariat. Thank you.” Please be advised that Registration with the AMLC is free. To properly guide you in the registration process, we have attached the Manuals on the Online Registration System (ORS) and the Transaction Security Protocol (TSP) for the step-by-step registration procedure. As a licensed real estate broker, you would need to prepare the following documents and upload the same during the online registration: 1. Scanned copy of your PRC certificate of Registration/License as a real estate broker; 2. Key ID generated and exported thru Kleopatra software (please see the TSP for the procedure in generating Key ID). You can also make use of the following links: 1.
