Good day ! I would like to request for another copy of my ALS Certificate of ratings because i lost it during the typhoon odette happens last year december 2021. I badly needed it for employment purposes because it is one of the company requirement where I use to apply. Hope you can helped me about this. I only want the copy of ratings. Please!
